Dr. Kenny has been in the environmental arena for 10 plus years. He founded Ttanks Environmental Limited in 1997; it was incorporated in 1998.

He has always been involved in the scientific arena and shares the patent with Dr. Knieper for the Joule EP4.

Dr. Kenny lectures regularly to environmental groups and students. He travels internationally to promote the technology of the Joule EP4. He is dedicated to improving the water quality in areas where waterborne diseases are prevalent and in industrial areas for the client to meet discharge standards.

Dr. Kenny received his BS in Biology from CUNY in 1966 and his doctorate from Columbia Institute of Chiropractic in 1975.

Inventor of Joule EP4

Dr. Knieper designed, developed, engineered, and manufactured a water treatment technology utilizing electricity to effect purification. The original model the, “JOULE EC™”, was conceived in 1988 and through the years has been developed into the present Joule EP4.

Dr. Knieper has a very rich and successful career in the environmental arena. To his credit he has many projects of merit and holds several technology patents. His areas of expertise range from waste and water treatment, hazardous waste and materials, chemical fixation, project management and impact studies.

Dr. Knieper received a BS in Zoology from the University of New Orleans in 1970, a MS in Marine Ecology from Louisiana State University in 1973, a PhD in Estuarine Ecology from Louisiana State University in 1976 and a second PhD in Environmental Engineering from Kennedy Western University in 1994.

Dr. Knieper has published many articles and continues to conduct research in the area of water treatment.

John was a Conservative Member of the European Parliament for Worcestershire and South Warwickshire, 1994 - 1999. West Midlands Region 1999- 2004 and was European President ACP/EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly 1999-2002. At Westminster John served as Opposition Whip., Education Spokesman, Chairman Conservative Backbench Group, Chairman of Scottish Select Committee, Parliamentary Private Secretary to Secretary of State for Scotland.

He authored “Forestry in Europe” “Fish Farming in Europe” “The Importance of Forestry in the World Today” and co-authored with Sir James Scott-Hopkins “Towards a Community Rural Policy”.

John was educated at Kirkcudbright Academy, George Watsons College, Edinburgh and Lincoln Agricultural College, New Zealand.

George C. Bruno

George Bruno is an attorney and the Managing Director and General Counsel of USA Group International. He served as US Ambassador to Belize, 1994-1997 and has experience in over 45 countries.

He received his BA from Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York; JD from George Washington University, Washington, DC, and a Law Fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He founded and was the first Executive Director of New Hampshire Legal Assistance and the New Hampshire Public Defender Service. He was a Special Assistant US Attorney for the US Justice Department during the Carter Administration and prosecuted illegal drug and firearm cases in Miami, Florida. For over 25 years, he has practiced as a trial lawyer and consulted on justice systems in the US and abroad.

He is a member of the Bars in New York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and the US Supreme Court. Ambassador Bruno currently serves as Chair of the International Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Bruno also serves as the International Affairs Advisor to the Commandant of the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, Fort Benning, Georgia, an institute created in 2000 by the US Congress to train and educate rising leaders in the military and law enforcement in Latin America. He continues to lecture and perform tasks for the US State Department.
